07/08/2020 Letter to Family and Friends

7/8/2020

Dear Divine Healthcare residents, families, friends, and doctors;

I hope this letter finds you healthy & safe!

Divine Rehab and Nursing at Sylvania has a separate area dedicated to Covid-19 recovery to best accommodate all residents in the facility that require care during this time. As our testing increases, we will be moving residents as required, temporarily, into a designated recovery area and once medically cleared they will be able to return to one of the other units.  In transparency the facility currently has 5 residents in the facility that are positive for COVID-19, 0 pending results and, unfortunately, we suffered the loss of 15 residents to the Covid-19 virus.  We will continue to track these numbers and inform you of the changes as they occur.  Please know that all residents that test positive or are suspected of having the virus are being safely quarantined from all other residents.  Everyone is being vigilant with PPE usage and we continuously encourage safe social distancing.

We know how hard it is, especially during this pandemic to not be able to visit and see your loved ones. Any family that would like to arrange for a facetime phone call can either contact the social services department of leave a voice mail at 419-882-1875.

As always, we thank you for your continued support and pray that everyone stays safe and well.

Sincerely,

Administration
